CORRECTION

Arch Ophthalmol. 1976;94(4):688.

Since this article does not have an abstract, we have provided the first 150 words of the full text PDF and any section headings.

Seven Figures.

—In the INSTRUMENTATION article, "Isometric, Three-Dimensional Viewing of Ultrasonograms," published in the December ARCHIVES (93:1362-1365, 1975), the legends for the seven illustrations were in error.

The legend for Fig 1 should have read "Fig 1.—Schematic B-scan illustrating isometric tilting. Top, Schematic drawing of four simulated echoes as seen on B-scan, in which two-dimensional position is optimally seen, but echo amplitude is not apparent. Center, Display `tilted' in isometric view so that amplitude as well as relative position is seen. Bottom, Display `tilted' 180° from top view, giving optimal appreciation of relative amplitude but degrading position information."

The incorrect designation (in italics) and the correct legend for the other six illustrations follow:

Fig 2, A: Fig 2.

—Conventional sector B-scan of eye with vitreous hemorrhage and retinal detachment, shown devoid of gray scale. Scan is horizontal plane of eye with cornea to left and optic nerve to right.
