Those who desire to present scientific papers before the Scientific Sections of the American Medical Association at the 114th Annual Meeting, June 20-24, 1965, should communicate with the Secretary of the Section on Ophthalmology, Bradley R. Straatsma, MD, University, of California School of Medicine, Los Angeles 90024, well in advance of the deadline date, Dec 15, 1964.

Those who wish to apply for space in The Scientific Exhibit should request application forms from the Representative to the Scientific Exhibit of the Section, Frederick C. Blodi, MD, Department of Ophthalmology, University Hospitals, Iowa City 52240, or from the Director, Scientific Exhibit Section, Department of Postgraduate Programs, American Medical Association, 535 N Dearborn St, Chicago 60610, well in advance of the deadline date for receipt of applications, Jan 11, 1965.
