The book is comprised of 28 color plates showing the fluorescein patterns made by various contact lens-cornea relationships. Each plate is accompanied by a crosssectional drawing of the lens on the cornea and by a page of description and interpretation. There is no discussion of the relative merits of other methods of evaluating a contact lens fit, and the authors are not dogmatic about their principles of fitting. The photographs are clear and not retouched. The book is a useful atlas for evaluating fluorescein patterns.
