—Having had an opportunity to read, prior to publication, the paper by Johns et al. "Involuntary Eye Movements in a Patient with Myasthenia and Hyperthyroidism," I would like to submit the following observations on a patient with abnormal movements in myasthenia gravis.

Although the case here reported is somewhat different from that reported by Johns et al., it does have in common the involuntary nature of the eye movements and the occurrence in a patient with myasthenia gravis who was under treatment.
