Basic Course in Orthoptics for Technicians.

—The Basic Course in Orthoptics for Technicians, sponsored by the American Orthoptic Council, will be held in the Department of Ophthalmology, University Hospital, Ann Arbor, Mich., from June 23 through Aug. 16, 1958. As usual, there will be didactic lectures and practical demonstrations, given by an outstanding faculty. Further information as well as application blanks may be obtained by writing John W. Henderson, M.D., University Hospital, Ann Arbor, Mich.

University of Michigan Postgraduate Conferences.

—The University of Michigan Medical School announces postgraduate conferences for ophthalmologists and otolaryngologists to be held on the following dates: Otolaryngology Conference, April 17, 18, and 19; Ophthalmology Conference, April 21, 22, and 23, 1958.
