GENERAL NEWS

Postgraduate Program in Ocular Pathology.

—A postgraduate program entitled "Ocular Pathology," under the chairmanship of Dr. James H. Allen, Professor of Ophthalmology, will be presented Dec. 5-9, 1955, through the Division of Graduate Medicine of Tulane University of Louisiana School of Medicine.

In addition to formal lectures and demonstrations, four hours of each day will be devoted to the study of microscopic sections.

Registration must be limited to 12, and registrants will be expected to bring their own microscopes and substage lamps. Inquiries should be addressed to the Director, Division of Graduate Medicine, 1430 Tulane Ave., New Orleans 12.

Section on Ophthalmology, American Medical Association: Call for Papers.

—The 1956 meeting of the Section on Ophthalmology will be held in Chicago, June 11-15, 1956, simultaneously with that of the Association for Research in Ophthalmology.
