Philippine Ophthalmological and Otolaryngological Society.

—The Philippine Ophthalmological and Otolaryngological Society has been formed, and the inaugural meeting was held on Jan. 26, 1946, at the Gauzón Memorial Hall, Philippine General Hospital, Manila.

The following officers were elected: president, Antonio S. Fernando, M.D.; vice-president, Edmundo Reyes, M.D.; secretary-treasurer, Jose N. Cruz, M.D.; directors, Germiniano de Ocampo, M.D.; Tomas Hano, M.D.; Jesus Eusebio, M.D., and Gregorio Färrales, M.D.

Meetings will be held in January, March, May, July, September and November.
