Because of a printer output problem, 3 errors occurred in the setting of the "±" signs and printed as the numeral "6" in the article titled "An Anatomical Basis for Primary Acquired Nasolacrimal Duct Obstruction," published in the January issue of the ARCHIVES (1997;115:71-74). On page 71, the first sentence of the "Results" section should have read, "The mean±SD ages for the 36 men and 35 women were 40.7±14.7 and 39.8±13.8 years, respectively."
