Because of a printer output problem in the January issue of the ARCHIVES, a number of errors occurred in the setting of special symbols in the Clinicopathologic Report titled "Osseous Metaplasia in a Preretinal Membrane" (1997;115:117-119). On page 117, second column, the numbers 3608 in the first and third paragraphs should read 360°, and in the last sentence on page 117, 25.00-diopter should read +5.00diopter. On page 118, under the heading "Pathologic Findings," the number 93932 should read 9x9x2, and the magnification in the legend to Figure 3 should read x120. Also, Figure 3 was printed upside down.
