In the article "Argon Green vs Krypton Red Laser Photocoagulation for Extrafoveal Choroidal Neovascularization: One-Year Results in Ocular Histoplasmosis," published in the September 1994 issue of the ARCHIVES (1994;112:1166-1173), the legend in Figure 1, on page 1169, should have read as follows: "Top left, Choroidal neovascularization outlined on the foveal side by concentric exudates. Note surrounding subretinal fluid and "punched-out" chorioretinal scars compatible with ocular histoplasmosis syndrome. Bottom left, Midphase fluorescein-positive angiogram confirming well-defined choroidal neovascularization secondary to ocular histoplasmosis syndrome that is well-defined and extrafoveal. Top right, Immediate posttreatment photograph showing confluent homogeneous gray-white laser burn (corresponding to standard end point) that surrounds the choroidal neovascularization on all sides (confirmed by Canadian Ophthalmology Study Group Reading Center).
