An error was introduced in the editing of the article titled "Detection of Blood Group Differences in Human Corneal Epithelium Using a Monoclonal Antibody and Lectins," which appeared in the May issue of the ARCHIVES (1994:112:667-673). In the last paragraph of the text on page 672, the sentence "That study also showed that HLA-A, HLA-B, or HLA-DR antigen matching substantially reduced the likelihood of corneal graft failure" should have read as follows: "That study also showed that neither HLA-A, HLA-B, nor HLA-DR antigen matching substantially reduced the likelihood of corneal graft failure." The AMA regrets the error.
