The staff at Resources for Rehabilitation, Inc, have put together one of the most comprehensive resource manuals for health care and social service professionals to ever come to this writer's attention. This book will be of great value for those who want to better assist a patient with a vision impairment or who wish to obtain more information for themselves about a specific condition or resource.

The manual is divided into nine chapters, each following a similar format, which allows the user to locate specific information more quickly. Following each chapter topic are references for the preceding discussion as well as annotated listings of professional organizations and publications and referral resources dealing with the topic. When appropriate, other listings are included for particular topics such as disability law or veteran's benefits.
