—Dr Ortiz is to be commended on his accurate observation regarding both the use of fluorouracil and the 21-gauge needle in our article.¹ We did in fact administer 5 mg of fluorouracil over 14 days and not 0.5 to 1 mg as reported in the article. We used a 22-gauge needle to enter the anterior chamber.
