—We agree with Dr Baylis that the majority of patients undergoing cosmetic blepharoplasty are no different from any other patient. As we previously stated, the reason for more discomfort in suture removal may be because we remove sutures 4 days after cosmetic blepharoplasty, compared with 5 to 7 days for other patients.
