Richard L. Anderson, MD, Receives Heed Award.

—Richard L. Anderson, MD (board member), received the Heed Award at the 1989 American Academy of Ophthalmology Meeting in New Orleans, La. The award was presented by Frank Newell, MD, chairman of the board of directors of the Heed Ophthalmic Foundation. Dr Anderson is a professor of ophthalmology, chief of the Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Division of the department of Ophthalmology at the University of Utah, School Medicine, Salt Lake City and an Archives of Ophthalmology editorial board member.
