Drug-Induced Ocular Side Effects and Ocular Toxicology, edited by Prof O. Hockwin, is the result of the Fifth International Symposium of Drug-Induced Ocular Side Effects and Ocular Toxicology, held in 1986 in Bonn, West Germany, and organized by Professor Hockwin. It represents contributions from a number of investigators working in the area of ocular toxicology. The reports cover a broad range of subjects, including the regulations governing toxicology testing on medical products in the European community, a report of the National Registry of Drug-Induced Ocular Side Effects, clinical case studies, methods for investigating ocular toxicity, in vivo animal toxicology studies, and toxicology studies on various in vitro model systems.
