American pathologists and ophthalmologists are indeed fortunate to have the wealth of published material currently available regarding ophthalmic pathology. This includes the books by Yanoff and Fine, Garner and Klintworth, and the late C. H. Greer, the promised new edition of Hogan and Zimmerman to be edited by William H. Spencer, and the forthcoming English translation of Professor G. O. H. Naumann's excellent work. The third edition of Ocular Pathology by Apple and Rabb should not be overlooked. In vying for a place on the ophthalmologist's or pathologist's shelf, it is, in fact, an attractive choice.
