—Drs Repka and Guyton have correctly pointed out one of the potential complications of retrobulbar anesthesia for ocular surgery. One of us (L.B.N.) has recently encountered a retrobulbar hemorrhage following retrobulbar anesthesia without permanent ocular sequela.
