Error in Text. In the article titled "Intravitreal Voriconazole: An Electroretinographic and Histopathologic Study," published in the November issue of the ARCHIVES (2004;122:1687-1692), the dose of intravitreal voriconazole given in the "Conclusions" section of the abstract was incorrectly published as 25 mg/mL. The correct dose is 25 µg/mL.
