Error in Order of Authors in Signature Block. In the May issue of the ARCHIVES an error occurred in the order of the authors in the signature block in the article titled "Total Opacification of Intraocular Lens Implant After Uncomplicated Cataract Surgery: A Case Series" (2004;122:782-784). The order of the authors should have read Yajati Kumar Ghosh, FRCSEd, Karen L. Goodall, FRCOphth. The journal regrets the error.
