In the clinical sciences article titled "Solitary Retinal Capillary Hemangioma: Hereditary (von Hippel-Lindau Disease) or Nonhereditary?" published in the February issue of the ARCHIVES (2001;119:232-234), the equation on page 233 had an error in format. The correct format is indicated below.
