Ophthalmic Findings From a Randomized Clinical Trial: Submacular Surgery Trials (SST) Group H Trial: SST Report No. 9," published in the November 2004 issue of the ARCHIVES (2004;122:1597-1611), an omission occurred in the Acknowledgments section on page 1611. The following paragraph should have been inserted beween the Correspondence and the Acknowledgment paragraphs and should have read as follows: Funding/Support: The SST is sponsored by the National Eye Institute, National Institutes of Health, US Department of Health and Human Services, Bethesda, Md, through cooperative agreements U10 EY11547, EY11557, and EY11558 with The Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore. Participating clinical centers were supported by contracts with The Johns Hopkins University.
