Error in Letter

Arch Ophthalmol. 2000;118:1665.

In the letter by Endo et al titled "The BB Gun Is Equivalent to the Airsoft Gun in the Japanese Literature," published in the May issue of the ARCHIVES (2000;118:732), the visual acuity was indicated for either the right eye or the left eye and should have read " . . . all but one had a final visual acuity better than 20/32." In addition, the value for kinetic energy should have been 0.4 J throughout the letter and was printed in one instance as 4.0 J. The journal regrets the errors.
