A 21-year-old man with sarcoidosis had a 3-day history of visual loss in his left eye. Dilated funduscopic examination revealed extensive retinal periphlebitis associated with intraretinal hemorrhages. A diagnosis of retinal vasculitis secondary to sarcoidosis was made.
