Pigmented paravenous chorioretinal atrophy is a rare retinal disorder characterized by bilaterally symmetrical accumulation of bone corpuscle pigmentation along retinal veins. A dominant mode of inheritance within the Crumbs homologue 1 (CRB1) gene has been recently described.
