Figure appears in full text version. A 65-year-old woman with pseudoexfoliative glaucoma sought care because of blunt trauma, inferior-half zonular dialysis, and subluxated cataract. She underwent anterior vitrectomy, trabeculectomy, and phacoemulsification with implantation of a capsular tension ring and intraocular lens. One year later, she had yttrium-aluminum-garnet laser capsulotomy followed by dislocation of the intraocular lens and capsular tension ring in the bag, 4 years after initial surgery.
