Abstract
A 32-year-old white woman noted a localized light-brown tumor on the iris of her right eye. During the following year, the lesion progressively enlarged and was surgically removed because it was suspected to be an iris melanoma. Histologic study disclosed an unusual benign tumor composed of mature lymphocytes and epithelioid cells.
