A case of unilateral nevus of Ota was associated with ipsilateral ocular
melanocytosis and contralateral malignant melanoma of the CNS. The
malignant neoplasm may have arisen from an area of bilateral leptomeningeal
melanosis associated with unilateral nevus of Ota.
