Identifying the Orbital Septum

A Modified Anterior Levator Muscle Resection Technique

Abstract

• Dividing the orbital septum from the levator aponeurosis is a major problem for the surgeon who does an occasional ptosis operation. The modification described here is devised to aid identification of the septum-aponeurosis relationship.
