Ectopic Meningioma of the Superior Orbital Rim

J. Reimer Wolter, MD; Steven C. Benz, MD

Arch Ophthalmol. 1976;94(11):1920-1922.

Abstract

• An ectopic meningioma occurred on the upper orbital rim in a 33-year-old man. Removal of this tumor was difficult because of its wood-like consistency and numerous calcifications, but excision led to a good cosmetic and functional result.
