Congenital Glaucoma in Identical Twins

Abstract
A case of congenital glaucoma occurred in mirror-image eyes of identical male twins. Twinning is a possible role in the production of unilateral congenital glaucoma. It is suggested that the glaucoma in these patients resulted from a developmental lag of the angle structures in the eyes formed along the line of fission during the twinning process.
