Dynamic Tonometry and Choroidal MelanomaA New Diagnostic Approach
Ivar Hørven, MD

Abstract
A significant increase of the pulse-synchronous changes in eye tension is demonstrated in most eyes harboring choroidal melanomas. The pulsations in eye tension are recorded with a sufficient degree of accuracy by use of dynamic tonometry, a technique which accordingly may be of diagnostic value in this disease.
