The punctum pucker procedure for stenosis of the lacrimal punctum

Stenosis of the lacrimal punctum can be caused by a variety of factors. The
Jones one-snip procedure has emerged as the treatment of choice for
stenosis that is unresponsive to punctal dilation. A procedure is presented
herein that should augment the success rate of the Jones one-snip
operation.
