Gene Therapy for Leber Congenital Amaurosis Caused by RPE65 Mutations: Safety and Efficacy in 15 Children and Adults Followed Up to 3 Years

Archives of Ophthalmology, along with JAMA and other Archives Journals, will participate in a consortium theme issue on "Comparative Effectiveness" in April 2012. Manuscripts comparing drugs and treatment protocols including clinical research trials describing the benefits the treatments produce in routine clinical practice will have the best chance for consideration for this theme issue. Manuscripts should be submitted no later than January 9, 2012.
